概要：
試樣溶解在含有少量水的甲苯異丙醇混合溶劑中，以氫氧化鉀異丙醇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液為滴定劑進(jìn)行電位滴定，所用的電極對為玻璃指示電極甘汞參比電極，在手繪或自動繪制的電位滴定劑量的曲線上僅把明顯突躍點(diǎn)作為終點(diǎn)，如果沒有明顯突躍點(diǎn)，則以相應(yīng)的新配非水酸性或堿性緩沖溶液的電位值作為滴定終點(diǎn)。
